As part of the ongoing growth of the business, this well-funded, highly entrepreneurial and fast paced company is now seeking a dynamic, Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving commercial growth.

This high-profile role includes:

  • Business partner the SMT members, responsible for Marketing Spend and Customer Ops spend, including customer contact centres and product delivery
  • Business partner the sales, marketing and customer leadership teams on headcount targets
  • Responsible for all commercial finance topics across these areas growing to £200m spend by 2025
  • Provide insight on business performance with an appropriate level of support and challenge to senior stakeholders to drive optimisation of the cost base
  • Bring to life efficiency KPIs and cost to serve for the customer team to better understand operational performance
  • Use available tools (e.g. data warehouse, Salesforce) to maximise the quality and depth of analysis delivered
  • Lead all financial planning (budgets, forecasts, long range plans) for these areas of the business, ensuring there is a clear articulation of key dependencies, risks and opportunities
  • Drive and deliver insight on key operating KPIs (e.g. marketing cost per sale, cost per customer) and how they impact revenue performance
