The Senior Leadership Team at Cedar is looking for an Executive Assistant to support them and our rapidly expanding business.
About the role:
EA duties involve a variety of complex tasks designed to support the Executives in their daily working life.
The chosen candidate will be trusted with calendar planning, inbox management and event organisation.
As a boutique recruitment consultancy, the EA role also includes supporting day to day running of the business with tasks such as organising data, and producing reports and presentations. Because an EA would be expected to handle an array of tasks at once, you should be highly skilled at multitasking.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Partnering with the Senior Leadership Team on key sales and operational matters
Dairy management for the Senior Leadership Team
Ownership for producing key activity reports
Organising internal and external events
Arranging and managing new starter inductions
Managing the HR & Training systems
Taking minutes at internal meetings and creating action points
Delivering ad-hoc client and candidate projects for consultants

Experience/skills needed:
Strong EA/Business Assistance experience, supporting senior management
Professionalism, politeness, and reliability are expected in any person joining our company

Ability in reviewing and prioritising workload
Excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
