This rapidly growing and highly profitable, consumer facing business has doubled in size in the past 5 years and has continued to enjoy remarkable success over the last 12 months. With a group turnover of c£2bn, the business remains focused on sustained growth, including further acquisitions.

This dynamic organisation is now seeking an inspirational Divisional Finance Director for for a key element of its business.

In this business critical position, you will:

• Play a key role as part of the divisional senior leadership team, demonstrating a combination of strategic and tactical execution skills
• Lead a high calibre finance team, coaching individuals to improved best practice performance
• Own the planning and preparation of strategic business investment opportunities
• Support the development and review of commercial and strategic corporate projects
• Deliver insightful performance reporting, robust budgeting and financial control
• Drive the improved use of data and best in class finance

Required profile:

Senior finance professional with a proven combination of SLT business partnering and a strong process and controls discipline

Demonstrable background in leading the finance function for a fast moving, mid-large scale entity

Partnering senior commercial stakeholders to improved business performance.

A familiarity with the consumer product or digital sector
