Role: Credit Manager - IBA Management

Location: Bromsgrove - (Occasional travel to London office)

Salary: £45,000 - £60,000

Working pattern: Hybrid

The role:

• Constantly review the technology platform to ensure new functionality is utilised and maximised, ensuring side-systems are eradicated to drive standardisation across IBA activity.

• Ensure all IBA processes are optimised, and waste is eliminated to maximise time efficiencies.

• Effectively managing and leading the team across multiple locations, demonstrating strong leadership to enable the team to succeed.

• Managing a team of 6

• Experience dealing with aged debt

• Experience with IBA

• Reporting to the Finance Operations Manager

• SOX compliance experience will be desirable but not essential
