Group Corporate Finance Manager

C£90,000 + bonus and excellent benefits

This established Digital sector disruptor has proven to be immensely popular across the investor community with yet another year of incredible growth and success forecast for 2023. The time to join is now, with significant YoY growth, exciting products being rolled out and multiple capex projects underway to re-enforce a market leading position.

As part of the ongoing growth of the business, this well-funded, highly entrepreneurial and fast paced international company is now seeking a Group Corporate Finance Manager to play a key role in driving continued business growth.

Reporting to the Group FP&A Director, the role includes:

  • Provide financial modelling and analysis relating to the Group long range plan
  • Manage the regular valuation process, reviewing the Long-Term Plan models for the respective operating companies
  • Partner with the OpCos to review and improve their existing financial models
  • Review financial models prepared by the Group Corporate Development team and OpCos
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to review and assess key assumptions and drivers, shareholder distribution impact, equity value and Group key ratios
  • Create insightful reports for Board consumption
  • Build and review business cases, with key focus on M&A opportunities and high-value tender processes
  • Identify and execute improvements to the long-term plan
  • Various projects, i.e. assessment of capital structure, refinancing activities, group portfolio review

Required skills/experience:

  • Experience of building Long-Term Planning/Valuation models
  • Will be either, within Practice (i.e. Big 4) within an M&A/TS team, or has already made the move to industry with a large complex business
  • In-depth financial modelling skills (i.e. three way models, business case evaluations, sensitivity analysis etc)
  • Qualified accountant with impressive levels of gravitas, drive and intellectual horsepower
