Our high profile wireless tech client is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Commercial Manager who has worked within a SaaS or technology organisation to join the team. They pride themselves in hiring smart people who are solutions based and can execute responsibility with a high degree of integrity. You will support sales, sales management and legal to ensure delivery of effective commercial solutions to business problems. You will define and manage pricing policies, implement commercial solutions and will be a confident and effective negotiator. You will take ownership of all commercial negotiations including deal structuring and advise on commercial risk whilst enabling deals and ensuring profitability requirements are met.
The perfect candidate is somebody who has experience of handling high-value, complex negotiations within a SaaS or technology environment and is able to understand and manage the tension between the detail and the big picture.
Key skills & responsibilities:
·Proven ability to commercially manage conflicting priorities
·Experience of supporting sales and legal teams to ensure compliance
·Experience of supporting senior executives and sales management teams with deal structuring
·Able to monitor progress of multiple deals and advising when necessary
·Able to effectively analyse a situation, identify key issues and provide commercial solutions
·Excellent negotiation skills & attention to detail
