Following an internal promotion the business is now seeking to recruit a commercially orientated FP&A Manager in the UK Consumer Commercial Finance Team, in their plush recently refurbished offices in Birmingham.
Reporting directly to the Head of FP&A, the FP&A team supports the Consumer customer facing business unit which delivers over £10bn of revenue and £2.4bn of EBITDA for the Group. This is the most fast-paced and most commercial unit in the business, supporting house hold name brands seen on prime-time TV and Billboards across the country.
This high profile and visible FP&A role will partner various teams, on value delivery, and guiding the UK business on financial objectives. The position will also business partner operations with significant opportunities for career progression and personal development.

What skills you will need to be successful in this Commercial FP&A Manager role:
- Recently qualified accountant (c.1-3 years PQE)
- Some FP&A or Financial Analysis experience is beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management with the gravitas to win the respect and confidence of colleagues and senior stakeholders up to director level
- Attention to detail as well as the ability to connect the dots and identify business trends and opportunities
- Good Excel skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
