Commercial Finance Manager, Sales & Marketing - Blue Chip Tech - Central London - £65-75k + 20% bonus + Brilliant benefits package + real flexible working

We are working exclusively with without a doubt probably the most exciting brand in London's Tech space. They are looking to bring on-board a Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Marketing and Sales teams to provide insight on investment performance and unlock commercial value for their big brand portfolio.

In this pure strategic commercial finance role you will partner the most senior Commercial Heads across the Sales and Marketing teams, up to VP/Director level, helping them find creative new ways to make money, drive user growth and support key digital marketing investments.

Reporting to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, you will lead the Forecast process for the Sales & Marketing spend, providing necessary commercial insight and analysis into costs and key investment opportunities. What they need is a real business facing Finance Business Partner who has experience of, and enjoys, challenging and influencing senior commercial stakeholders and has a desire to drive a culture of ongoing continual improvement and growth.

You should have an acquisitive mindset, staying on top of industry trends and competitor moves, to spot unseen opportunities and navigate risks; with the ability to translate financial and non-financial revenue and marketing metrics into actionable operating plans.

To be successful in this role you will need to be:

  • A qualified accountant with minimum 2 years PQE
  • Have excellent business partnering experience to commercial teams and non-finance stakeholders in a revenue focused role
  • Possess the ability to manipulate big sets of data and craft a story from the numbers
  • Confidently present to senior Commercial Heads, influencing them with meaningful analysis
  • A desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced international Tech business with occasional European travel to build relationships with senior stakeholders (in Barcelona!)
