Commercial Finance Manager

Part time - 3 days per week (Flexible on days)

1 day per week in the office - (Flexible on day)

9 month contract (maternity cover)

£400-£450 per day (dependent on experience)

Cedar have partnered with a global business consultancy who are looking for to hire a commercial finance manager for a 9 month maternity cover on a part time basis (3 days per week)

This role is to support the CFO of the fasted growing part of their business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the month end and quarter end close process
• Support the forecasting and budgeting process
• Prepare internal management reports for key stakeholders
• Create financial statements
• Balance sheet reconcilations
• Develop variance and trend financial analysis
• Communicate with non finance stakeholders

Person:

• Qualified accountant
• US GAAP experience - Desirable
• Background working in professional services - Desirable
• Happy with a part time role - 3 days a week
• Happy to work in the office 1 day a week
• Strong communication skills - Able to relay finance information to stakeholders from a non finance background
