Commercial Finance Manager - To £65k + bonus / package - London

An instantly recognisable, PE backed leisure organisation is seeking to appoint a Commercial Finance Manager to drive performance whilst managing two reports - with huge exposure across the business.

Key responsibilities:

• Business partner Commercial and Marketing teams - challenging and advising to drive value
• Provide detailed performance analysis, highlighting trends
• Performance review including pricing / product changes, and promotional activity
• Lead quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting process
• Management and developments of two direct reports (Financial Analysts - one qualified, one PQ)
• Lead performance area of weekly trade & performance meetings
• Work with wider finance team to ensure revenue is representative of business performance
• Business partner wider business to improve financial awareness of non-finance teams
• Ad-hoc business projects / initiatives - providing analytical support and commercial challenges

Key requirements:

• Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Demonstratable commercial finance experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders
• Drive & energy

Package:

• £60-65,000 base salary
• 25% bonus
• Other benefits in kind
