COMMERCIAL FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
£65-70K (based on experience) + 15% BONUS
I am working closely with one of Britain's most renowned brands within the FMCG industry. Due to prolonged and consistent growth, the business is now seeking a strong Operational Finance Business Partner.
Your role will be crucial in shaping commercial decision making, presenting financial analysis to Senior Operational Stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to execute tactical projects which will impact the commercial success of the business.
Responsibilities include leading operation quarterly forecasts, understanding drivers for cost variances, analysing risks and opportunities as well as assessing revenue to push the business' success.
You will need to be confident when communicating with non-financial stakeholders to better present financial insight by supporting and challenging Operational Management. Being able to strengthen and influence working relationships to drive effective decision making is key in this role. To maximise a positive outcome across the business you will need to examine financial findings whilst working with several models to understand the organisation's business and economic environment.

Essentials skills/experience required:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified
- Industry experience in an analytical/commercial finance role within Consumer/Retail/FMCG or a B2C business
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills combined with an analytical mindset
- Strong user of MS Excel and Powerpoint
- Previous experience of Power BI is desirable
