This market leading Digital Retail business has experienced several years of record-breaking year-on-year growth. PE backed, it has expanded via organic and acquisitive growth, entered new territories and continued to cement its tremendous customer track record.

Now set for another transformative year of further expansion and impressive growth, this dynamic and agile business is seeking a highly talented CFO.

Partnering the CEO and PE firm, the role includes:

  • Key member of the Exec team
  • Leading and coaching a talented finance team, ensuring clarity of purpose, development plans are in place and a collaborative and supportive team environment is sustained
  • Advising on, and playing a lead role in M&A activity and future fund raising
  • Lead financial advisor on business growth, driving performance against strategic and tactical initiatives.
  • Owning the financial plan, setting and delivering EBITDA targets
  • Developing and delivering commercial insight on product performance and consumer activity
  • Ensuring the delivery of insight, analysis and recommendations in relation to growth assessment and improvement, financial sustainability and investment cases
  • Business case and decision support for key initiatives and sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives
  • Advising on pricing strategy and structure, ongoing investment business cases
  • Owning the overall delivery of financial control and reporting

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Essential: Experience of working with a fast-paced, consumer facing B2C sector, within a business which has a Digital bias
  • In-depth senior finance leadership experience including demonstrable examples of successfully partnering senior commercial stakeholders
  • Demonstrable examples of when your insight/involvement has delivered tangible top and bottom-line success
  • Proven experience of managing multiple stakeholders
  • The talent to excel within an agile, innovative and fast paced environment.
