About Us:

Working with a global company backed by a prominent Private Equity firm. They are embarking on a transformative journey to revolutionize their finance function and drive operational efficiency. As they navigate this exciting phase of growth, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Change Manager to join their team and lead the change management efforts for our Finance Transformation Programme.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of changes introduced by our Finance Transformation Programme. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and executives to ensure a seamless transition. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the Finance Transformation Programme.
  • Engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels to build support and alignment for the transformational changes.
  • Creating effective communication plans to ensure clear understanding of the programme's goals, benefits, and impact across the organization.
  • Assessing potential impacts of the transformation on business processes, systems, and employees, and proactively addressing challenges.
  • Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the skills needed to excel in the transformed environment.
  • Managing resistance to change through proactive communication, empathy, and problem-solving.
  • Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and value of the transformation.
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure alignment of change management activities with the overall programme timeline.
  • Continuously gathering feedback and insights to refine change strategies and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Finance, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in change management, preferably in finance transformation or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Private Equity-backed firms or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is an advantage.
