A Private Sector, FTSE 100 and fast paced organisation are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Business Partner to join a large-scale Business Intelligence project responsible for fixing Commercial and Finance BI. You will be involved in developing the next generation of BI solutions which will include BI needs assessments, design & concept, training staff and embedding the new solution into the organisation. The aim of the project is to enable process simplification and cost savings, giving the commercial function within the organisation the BI tools to win and align the business, driving good commercial decisions.

You will challenge the business and understand requirements to drive better commercial outcomes, ensuring that the next generation of BI implements analytics and machine learning (where appropriate). Focussing on driving standardisation and enabling process simplification while looking to design streamlined reporting and define appropriate data analytics.

Key skills & responsibilities
·Use skills to drive quick wins and maintain existing Sonar system whilst new solutions are implemented
·Implement agile operating framework to ensure fast and efficient execution of business improvement and quick decisions
·Working closely with the IT organisation to understand their decisions
·At least 10 years' experience focussing on BI delivery in large, complex matrix organisations
·Working knowledge of MS Power BI
·Skilled in project management, stakeholder management and change management
·Sector experience of Medtech or Healthcare industry (preferred)
·Able to design streamlined reporting and define appropriate data analytics
·Travel to other sites (including US & Europe)
