Accounts Payable Clerk - International Retailer (hybrid role)
£32k - £35k + Benefits
We are partnering with a leading retail business based in Central London who are looking for an experienced Payables Assistant to join their finance team on a permanent basis. Reporting into the FC this role will require someone to have full ownership of the AP function as well as provide support for AR and other duties when required.
As the Accounts Payable Clerk your responsibilities will include:
- Matching, batching and coding of supplier invoices
- Managing the payables inbox, making sure supplier invoices are processed in accordance with agreed time frames
- First point of contact for any queries relating to supplier invoices
- Other ad-hoc tasks as required
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar payables role and will have used an accounting system such as Sage X3. You will have excellent attention to detail, be able to prioritise your work and have experience of working in a busy environment.
