A Global Technology business based in Central london are looking to recruit an Accounts Payable Assistant for a 3 month temporary contract that will then be made permanent.
This role will report directly into the AP Manager working in a team of 3.
- Ensure payments are accurate and on time
- Coding of purchase invoices
- Process payment runs on a weekly and monthly basis
- Deal with supplier queries
- Manage the AP inbox
- Minimum of 2 years Accounts Payable experience
- Immediately available to start next week
- Fully commit to a 3 month contract
This role will be made permanent for the right individual and is also a fully remote working role.
