A Global Financial Services company based in Central London are looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.
This role has been created due to the continued growth within the organisation and requires the following experience.
- Process purchase invoices and expenses
- Deal with supplier queries
- Ensure all invoices and expenses are authorised
- Process payment runs
- Set up new suppliers
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Experience of working in an Accounts Payable role
- Used to working in a fast paced working environment
- Sage experience - Desirable
- High attention to detail
- Experience of Accruals and Prepayments
