We offer speculative introductions to industry specific CFOs to aid proposals and valuations of upcoming investments. This often leads to a week or two’s due diligence support.
Interim and Permanent CFOs and FDs to help rebuild finance teams, implement new systems, acquire further business through bolt-ons and instil processes to successfully enact new investment’s growth plans.

Dependent on the size of our client’s investment we can quickly provide part-time FDs or permanent CFOs to work at a strategic board level position to help build the business.

Brief: My client is a private equity backed, 3000 employee strong group, looking to become the market leader in their sector. The CFO is looking for an interim Analyst to join them for 4-6 months as they undergo financial due diligence and a sale process. Experience: Newly or 2/3 years Post Qualified Experience in either Due Diligence or Corporate Finance Sell side experience Financial modelling from source data Building financial models to support business information and valuation Ability to engage with internal stakeholders with view to providing value add business information presentable at Senior level Strong verbal communication and influencing skills Ability to operate autonomously and as a self-starter
Fund Controller - Global Investment My client, a leading global investment firm, are looking for a Fund Controller with commercial prowess to take on a broad, hands-on role managing all aspects of the financial management of the funds, including transaction support, cash management, management of development assets and tax compliance. You will have an outgoing personality with the ability to push back, leverage on deals and work collaboratively with all other departments in the business as the portfolio continues to grow. Responsibilities: ·Ownership of the financial management for a portfolio of funds and clients investing in direct and indirect real estate assets. ·Interacting with joint venture partners, internal groups, third party property managers and asset managers, having a positive, proactive influence across the business and finance team. ·Develop relationships with various senior stakeholders, including clients, asset managers, fund managers and third-party property managers. ·Production of monthly / quarterly management and investor reporting. ·Management and development of junior members of staff, spearheading headcount growth in the finance team. ·Providing support in new investment activity including due diligence procedures, and providing support on establishing new investment structures. Requirements: ·Qualified Accountant with minimum of three years PQE (Ideally Real Estate) ·Knowledge of UK real estate related taxes (VAT, CIS, SDLT, CGS)
