They are looking for someone who can train all the relevant key stakeholders within the business with their new ERP implementation NetSuite. They are looking for an exceptional trainer and digital professional who has key skills in evaluating, designing, creating, engaging and delivery plans. The Role: Assess any training needs and requirements across relevant stakeholders within finance. Utilise process maps, change impact documentations and formulate requirements. Work with people in the business on the development of the overall programme strategy. Carry out a full end to end training within the organisation and provide detailed finds and solutions in order to support the business. Establish a clear understanding of the programme objectives, scope, outcome, timelines and functionality. Write a training and strategy plan for each project, designing the training material. The Requirements: Must have similar experience in other technology transformation projects. Experience with designing and deploying various suitable training methods. Ability to create and manage a delivery plan. Experience of working for global organisations. Trainer or L&D advanced qualifications Must be available to start within 2 weeks.

You will be working on a complex CRM transformation programme. The ideal candidate must have experience working on HR transformation and experience as a project manager. They need someone to start ASAP with the possibility of contract extensions. The Role: Work on all HR transformation projects required in the programme. End to end project delievery of a multi-layered learning and development delivery. Develop and own the project plan and ensure everything is kept up to schedule. Working on an agile structure framework. Being responsible for programme budgets making sure they are fully maintained and accurate. Track workstream and supplier progress and coordinate the workstream team to ensure alignment with project milestones. Making sure HR transformation milestones are achieved. The Requirements: Must have HR transformation experience. Must have experience working on an end to end learning and development delivery. Must have work on large transformation programmes. Must have experience as a Project Manager. Must have worked in an Agile environment.

They need someone to help lead their Finance Data Migration across to their new system Netsuite. The ideal candidate would have worked on large migration programmes before. The Role: Lead data migration ensuring all finance data is moved across to Netsuite. Design and document functional aspects of the To Be solution alongside the Process Leads and Global Function Lead. Work with Data Leads to determine the supplier, customer and employee master data model. Raise issues and risks associated with the programme and functional aspects of the solution. Design and deliver the new processes within the new finance system NetSuite. Support the O2C Processes but be ready to support other processes if required. The Requirements: Must have Data Migration Experience. Desirable to have worked on a finance system before. Can design new processes. Process mapping experience. Must be available immediately.
