FP&A Manager – SaaS Permanent

Cedar is partnering with a fast-growing and innovative SaaS company in its search for an FP&A Manager. The position with support the senior executive team in driving strategic decision-making and ensuring efficient capital allocation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment with a high-growth company at the forefront in their space.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Partner with department leads to manage budget allocations and optimise spending.
• Provide variance analysis and actionable insights on revenue, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Track and analyse core SaaS KPIs, including ARR, MRR, LTV, CAC, and churn rate.
• Conduct analysis to assess customer retention and expansion.
• Support revenue recognition processes and month-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor gross margins, operating expenses, and unit economics to improve profitability.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadership and investors.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to support executive decision-making.
• Support fundraising, M&A due diligence, and investor relations as needed.

Candidate profile

• Background in SaaS with expertise in these metrics.
• ACA/CIMA/ACCA qualified.
• 3 – 5 years in FP&A and Finance, ideally with an audit background.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, financial modelling, and CRM tools.
• Experience with ERP and FP&A tools.
• Hands-on, analytic, and problem-solving approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
