Group Tax Manager, FTSE 100. 6 month contract Interim

An exciting role has been created at a fast growing FTSE 100 business for a Group Tax Manager to further expand the team. Working closely with the Head of Tax, you’ll manage international tax planning, transfer pricing, M&A due diligence, and the implementation of new regulations like Pillar 2. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conduct or oversee tax due diligence for acquisitions, partnering with external advisors as needed
• Develop and maintain global transfer pricing policies and governance in partnership with external advisors
• Ensure compliance with Country by Country Reporting and implementing Public CbCR
• Oversee Pillar 2 readiness and implementation across jurisdictions

This is broad and varied role that would suit someone with strong international tax experience. They’ve decided to recruit the role on a 6-month contract initially and have a flexible approach to hybrid working. Ideally, they’d like someone to be in their City based office 2-3 days / week.
