Starting his recruitment career in 1997, Graham worked in a small number of leading recruitment organisations before joining Cedar in 2004. The majority of his career has been spent sourcing mid to senior level finance professionals, working closely with a diverse mix of clients. Graham’s success has been built upon creating robust, long term relationships based around transparent and candid communication. This, combined with a fixation on delivery has resulted in an exceptional network and a deep understanding of the value of a genuine recruitment business partner.

As a graduate in business studies and with 12 years’ experience in the financial recruitment sector, Robert joined Cedar in 2009. His practice focus is on the recruitment of senior interim finance professionals from the newly qualified to CFO level with a strong emphasis on transformation-driven assignments. Lauren joined in 2011 from Skillcapital, a specialist executive search consultancy. Whilst there, Lauren focussed on the placement of CFOs and Finance Directors into pan-European private equity backed business. Prior to Skillcapital, Lauren worked in executive search within the Industrial team at Odgers Berndtson, placing executive and non-executive management into both public and private companies. A History graduate from the University of Birmingham, Lauren maintains that the key to a successful career in recruitment is the ability to forge lasting relationships built on integrity, trust and transparency.

Louise has over 12 years’ experience in the procurement and supply chain industry and holds an executive personal network spanning multiple categories and industries. Her specialisms include tailored relationship management, bespoke sourcing solutions and matching best of breed talent with like-minded clients. Louise’s integrity has built long standing and trusted relationships with both clients and candidates whom she works closely with as a preferred delivery partner. Louise is passionate about the industry having gained significant achievements across multiple sectors and brings a wealth of knowledge to Cedar.
Brian Cognet was the founder and CEO of FSS International Group until 2000. A qualified accountant and seasoned business professional, he joined Cedar in 2003 as Non-Executive Chairman.
